The applicant must have obtained a public school diploma, must have resided in the United States for the past six months, and must pay a $1.50 initiation fee for membership in the Raccoon lodge on “The Honeymooners”.
Ed Norton (Art Carney) objects that because of the residency rule, Anthony Eden could not become a Raccoon.
