Paul Revere didn’t ride from Boston to Concord on the night of April 18, 1775, with the news that the British were coming.

Revere started on the journey, along with William Dawes and Samuel Prescott, but Dawes and Revere were stopped by a British patrol.

Only Prescott actually made it to Concord.
